The tariff includes all electicity and gas. A parking permit for the duration of your holiday is provided for use on the harbour car park

Personal bed linen i.e. sheets and pillowcases are not provided. These can be hired locally or brought with you. Bedding for cots is not provided. Towels are not supplied in any of the properties and these can also be hired locally if required. Any hire requirements must be pre-booked. Booking forms for a local linen hire service will be forwarded when your holiday payment is received.

Pets are not allowed in any of the properties.

Smoking is permitted in all of the properties.
